I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. Likely something dodgy happens at that point. Highly doubt HMRC use such a service and probably a scam because, well, Bradford innit.
