Appeared to be usual tele-sales marketing call: answer phone and wait while caller connects to you instead of the dozen or so other numbers he is calling at same time. He eventually says "hello" - I say same and he immediately terminates the call. I suspect I was wrong gender. Just BLOODY RUDE!

Number has 12 digits, too many to be valid in the UK.

I have received so many calls from those people. I have once spoke with a woman, I told her to stop bothering me, she says "OK, you want be called anymore". These people ring every day. They ask for someone who doesn t live here. When I became annoyed with this, they obviously made a note somewhere and now ask for the person who is in charge of the phone bill. Very very annoying and won t stop talking even when you say you don t want to talk to them, so you have to just put the phone down while they are talking.
