This company called and tried to take advantage of my 77 year old mother. When I rang to complain they hung up on me and when I called back and spoke to a manager, he was and I quote "I don t care what your think" Extremely unprofessional in the way they dealt with me and my complaint

This number has called me over 100 times asking for a person by another name. They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them. They have phoned every day and still do - we do not answer the phone now until we know who is calling. This is a breach of our human rights. It s about time the government did something about it. They called,said I was due a refund from a credit card. I immediately told them I was registered with TPS and that I did not want to be called again by them. Chap on the line got a bit arsy and said "well if you don t want a refund then" at which point I hung up

Same as David on the 14th Sept. Voice said hello and my name then hung up. This was the 2nd time in a week. I have hopefully now blocked the call.

Just had a lady call me from this number... I answered Hello after the obligatory few seconds of silence I said Hello again. She replied... I m Sophie from the National Hearing Clinic. I said Sorry, I can t hear you. - at which point she said Deaf b--ch and put the phone down. Nice.
