Calls several times a day up to 9.30 pm incl. weekends. Answered once by mistake and a woman asked for my wife as she had spoken to her before. When told not married the woman hung up. Absolute nuisance calling so many times.

Fraud suspected,claims to be Virgin Media, did not try to verify any personal details or account details. Wants the IP address that they are supplying to me, at which point I ended call. This caller Disguised number as local (01227) our area, no voice, suspect robo caller - a hang up call, we are a business I have to answer "local" numbers... incidentally I had a lady from "BT" call me yesterday and very calmly bullishly tell me they were upgrading our line to increase speed (I have nothing to with BT ever, not een a line, "Oh Great! I subscribe to The Economist, and renewed my subscription very late this year, a few days after the expiry. I finally picked up this call after several days and they said they wanted to know if I would renew my Economist subscription. I said that I already had, and they said "Oh, let me check my new system. Oh yes, you have, that s ok then." and that was all. A little odd, but seems like the Economist gives them the opportunity to salvage some lapsed subscriptions.

1st had a text sent to my land-line late last night, saying thank-you for going with Action direct PPI, I ignored it thinking it was a wrong number & I d not had any contact with this company. Now - - it s only 12:05hrs & I ve had 3 calls with no one @ the other end,damned if I m wasting my time waiting for an operator.

Call continuously :/ I say hello and nothing. Let the silence hang and 5+ seconds later they hang up. Very annoying.
