Received a robocall from a woman speaking a foreign language from this number. Immediately hung up as I've had many calls from different numbers just like this. Most likely part of some scam.

SCAM - Claimed it was the National Crime Agency looking into fraudulant activity on my NI number, with the threat that HMRC would block it. Have checked with HMRC. It is a scam. Am assuming the phone number was faked in some way, as it's surprisingly close to my own.
From RVA surveyors agressive selling saying they can get money off business rates don t tell you they trap you into costs when they find out they can t do anything. AVOID and call block!!
i took the call for someone else on their phone, and asked for more information from the company. Was told it was a personal call, when i could hear it was a call centre. The lady refused to give me any info and she told me thats its okay she will phone on the other number she has, tutted and was rude!

Rings on average twice daily including weekends. When answered no one speaks but background noise suggests it is from a workplace.
I have ignored several calls from this number over the past few days. It is mentioned on http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Pay-monthly-services/scam/td-p/1663414 It might be someone marketing on behalf of Vodafone or just someone pretending to be Vodafone.

Called at 0952 hours March 26 2021 to state that my Amazon Prime account (which I do not have) was about to renew and I could "stop" the renewal by speaking to their manager.
SPAM John from a company called something like 'window and doors limited' but can't quite remember, british accent. Said he was in the area doing some window and driveway installation work and wondered if there was anything he could help me with. I queried where he got my number from and he hung up. called the number back (01174433677) and it's an automated voice saying i'd been called by digital marketing solutions company for market research (not the name of the company he'd given!).

A slight twist on other reviews, as claiming to have ?2500.75 (very precise) owing to my daughter, on my phone, for an incident 2-3 years ago, or when pressed, in the last 4 years (all very imprecise!). Asked for company name and told Motor Investigations. I haven t acted on behalf of my daughter on my phone for over 10 years now, so old contact lists being obtained from somewhere. Will be reporting to Ofcom.

This was an automated message saying that my BT line was compromised & telling me to press number 1 to sort out the problem. ( ITS A SCAM )
Rang to ask about outstanding debt in my name. I said I don t have any (second time I had spoken to them in the hour) and asked what the debt was. The man said that s what I m trying to find out. I said don t get cross and he called me a f-ing stupid idiot and hung up. Rude, aggressive and fake!

I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. Colin, it's more than a nuisance. It is actually illegal to make a silent call. This should be reported to Ofcom.
Probably TPI (Third Party Intermediary) using hard sell techniques to convince to switch to OPUS or similar energy companies. They will do anything possible to hide the fact that they are energy brokers which is actually against the Trading Standards but Ofgem will soon start to go after them. They will try to convince you to accept a new contract with them. DO NOT Trust them as they will get paid and you may end up with an expensive new contract.
Recorded message from the 'Bank Security centre' (apparently one bank security centre for all the banks....) reporting unusual card activity, £300 to Amazon & £1000 internationally, press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to operative...
