SCAM / SPAM Scam claiming bt internet technician. First he states his name is justin. Then he states jim. He had a foreign - Indian or Pakistani accent. Tells you to download team viewer app from play store/ Apple store and then asks you for the id number. They will try to block your device and charge you to unlock it. When I stated I use virgin he saud by can fix the virgin technical problems too. If I had a problem I would ring my provider which was none of the ones I have mentioned here.

Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!
