I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. Answered a call from this number - they asked for some name, no-one that lives here anyway. Said they must have the wrong number and they went on to ask if I was the homeowner of some address or other (again wrong) at which point I said they had the wrong information and hung up. What makes it suspicious is that I could hear in the background on their end other people using the 'Are you the homeowner' line. Wish I hadn't answered now in case they are checking for valid phone numbers or something.
