I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.

They are scam artists claiming to be technicians from Talk Talk. They say that your router needs changing. They want you to input a code into your computer. They hang up when you ask them if they can confirm your name or address. Do not deal with these people as they are phishing for your personal information and may rip you off financially.
