Presumably some sort of debt collection agency that chase phantom debts. Received texts today regarding contents of our letters . Have never heard of them let alone received letters from them....

2 phone call in the space of 20 mins and there is no one on the other end, just silence

I have had several calls from this company and they never speak, then end the call. I rang them and I asked what company they were and the girl said ICS - I asked what they did ...

This number called me, when I answered was met with beeping, then when I called back immediately after went to voice mail of someone called "suzanne walsh" sounded like a middle aged white woman? Confused!!

Just received a call 17.25 13/July from a young lady called Shona, with a Lancashire accent. She began her pitch with "because we have been having a lot of bad weather"...

Its about time these pests were tracked, arrested, prosecuted and fined a huge sum. Then maybe we will all get some peace.

If you speak to these people quote the statute of limitations "Statutes of limitations are written laws passed by a legislative body in common law systems to set the maximum time after an event when legal proceedings may be initiated. This guy has contacted me on several occasions. Whenever I advertise something locally, he texts saying,"Hi how are you?x" and tries to make out he s been given your number by mistake. He pesters to see you, but apparently he is targeting local women selling things with the intention of meeting them for sex. He gets really abusive and nasty when you refuse. Go the a web sight called, Who Calls Me, and put in his number. It will scare the hell out of you.
