I have been receiving calls claiming they are calling from open reach informing there is an issue with my broadband. They wanted me to do some thing the broadband devic. This guys are fraud and trying to gain access to your broadband and connect to your device at home and get all the information. Do not answer or report them.

Went to voicemail so only caught half the message as it was prerecorded, mentioned HMRC... Something about "registered under your name, press 1 and your call will be connected to the officer dealing with the case if you don't press on the warrant will be issued under your name and you will be arrested shortly."
