The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. Calls me every day. Girl called Hannah telling me I ve been in a car accident. I remind her that we had this conversation yesterday and that I don t drive. She acknowledges this but insists I have had an accident anyway! Same time tomorrow then Hannah ffs!!!!

I received a call from this number telling me that had a call for me and that they were transferring me. I put the phone down quickly in case I would then be charged for the call.

Calls daily, and when I pick up, they just hang up.

Phoned out blue, saying following up a previous enquiry I’d made once about investments. Said not a sales call but called themselves ?BT Marketing? I’m currently looki at investments. So let the call run. Pleasant polite lady. Asked if they could pass my details onto a tech investment firm, to send me more info. I felt extra info may be useful, so gave permission. However, contact info they had for me was a very old email address. She reassured me they would not pass my details to anyone else. (We’ll see).

This company only let the phone ring once or twice at the most before hanging up. They have rang 3 times over a 90 minute period today. Damn nuisances.

I missed the call phoned it back and strangely I got no ring tone just a tune very weird!!

fed up of these scammers, told me I had a problem with my computer, I asked him if he thought I was stupid because there is nothing wrong with my computer, he replied no you can believe it with your own eyes,told him he was a scammer and to f.off and I put the phone down really fed up of these calls don t usually answer them,but I was waiting for a phone call and didn t have my specs on... something should be done about these scumbags

Scam - BT never contact end-users directly, only via your ISP.

Rang my mobile for a few seconds. Managed to answer but it hung up. Rang back the number and it sounds engaged.
