Insulation company called in to follow up on and assessment we booked for our roof. Really impressed with how thorough were answering my queries. Two days later we received one of their assessors, credit to whoever runs this company! They were the 3rd in regards to getting some advice. Not only all their findings were photographed and recorded. They gave us the best quote! Refused to take a any payment until we were 100% happy with the work schedule to be carried out.

My daughter answered the phone & the woman was insistant Id been in a Road traffic accident, she didnt say she was from a claim company . Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.
