Interesting, used call back to hear "sorry the number you dialed does not exist" obviously a scam then. Will block.

Utter Scam. AVOID THIS NUMBER 02036616615 please just hang up. If you are unsure about whether it is real, please do yourself a favour and go onto the HMRC website and contact them using _ONLY_ the number on the official web page.
