I answered without looking as I was in a rush the person constantly asked who they were speaking to when I refuse to give my name they then said they were from octopus energy I explained I had never heard of them and had no intentions of changing my energy provider I tried to end the call a number of times they kept talking and insisting they could save me money in the end I had to be rude and put the phone down

9/10/17 Evening call from a man with a heavy eastern european accent and very difficult to understand. He knew my name and was very insistant that I answer his questions/survey., which would be to my advantage. I declined and hung up.
