Cold call asking me if it was correct I had put in a claim with them for someone bumping into me on the street in the last two years(I hadn't). Comes from Strontian, Scotland.

Said they were from BT Business but could not send a quotation out. Asked them for verification details and they said it would take too long.

Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. Today s text said "The Banks are refunding customers up to 2000 who have paid a monthly fee on packaged accounts, visit www.mybankrefund.com for your refund today or optout.cc" The website mybankrefund.com apparently belongs to Quigley & Carter and has the following text at the bottom of their website: Quigley & Carter Limited a company registered in England and Wales.
