I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.
I believe this to be a Scam.

I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. Phoned 14h00 GMT 05/02/20 claiming to be on behalf BTOpenreach. Had I noticed slow broadband speeds; were my modem lights flashing; what colour were they? AT this point I told him (male, Indian/Asian accent) That I thought he waas wastng my time. I heard him shouting at me as I was hanging up.
