I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. They are scam artists claiming to be technicians from Talk Talk. They say that your router needs changing. They want you to input a code into your computer. They hang up when you ask them if they can confirm your name or address. Do not deal with these people as they are phishing for your personal information and may rip you off financially.
I refused to pick this call as it is a U.S. number and I am in the UK.
