Not a scam - It's Thames Water customer service calling about a problem previously reported to them.

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. I received a call from this number earlier, I asked him to remove my number from their database, he then said do you not want to know why I m calling you, I said right just get on with it, he then Sai that if I wasn t interested to hang up, he was quite aggressive and I asked to speak to his manager and was told to p*** off and he hung up, I have now blocked the number on my phone. If I was you I wouldn t answer

don t even bother to pick up the phone. some lady will tell you that you re eligible to reclaim funds. I m sooo tired of this story.

This company called today regarding PPI. Said they had sent an info pack to my home - the address was one I lived at over 10 years ago! I told them I wasn t interested and hung up. He called straight back and again I told him no and hung up. He called again and this time I asked for the manager, someone else came on the line and was very rude and insulting! Do not engage with these vile people.

Local number, said I was involved in a road traffic accident in past 2 years. I said I don't drive and he said they'll remove my number & he hung up.

Calling from scottish power apparently wanted all my home details, 6 calls in less than 20mins!

Getting constant calla from this sales company. Won't tell me who they are and won't stop calling

Rang twice on 11 April at 15.50. Both times when I answered, the caller hung up immediately.
