Keeps on calling me even though I m not answering. No voicemail left. I answered once and could hear noise like a call centre. It s really annoying now and I blocked but they phoned from another number which is similar with just digits at the end different.

Esmee is a senior booker yet I ve just spoke to her and she had to pass me over to someone else as she was new and didn t know the answer. I guess I went a little off-script for her. Basically a telemarketing company trying to book appointments for people.

Received text message claiming to be from Royal Mail as I refused to pay £2.99 with link to reschedule delivery. Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. They call but never leave a message. The number appears dodgy because you cannot call them back.

Colin, it's more than a nuisance. It is actually illegal to make a silent call. This should be reported to Ofcom.
