Selling Solar Panels. Said we could not be on TPS because their automatic service had rung us. Even though we told them to take us off there list a further 4 calls received in 24 hours.

I recieve a phone call from the above number. The caller didn't mention my name but did say i was to contact HM revenue as I owe them money, from what I don't know ! ...

Actually the call but not to stand directly in front of the door and collect donations for the Red Cross. It is not easy to remain admissible in such a subject and to say no.

Automated voice purporting to be from my internet provider, informing me that my internet will be terminated in 24 hrs please press 1 to speak to our , at this point I hung up.

As other commenters have already said, asian accented callers who leave "background noise" messages on my answer-phone. Don t bother phoning them back. These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. They are ringing at least twice every day but i think the delay means that they are not in this country. Really really annoying. I am planning to call Pet Plans head office on Monday and complain.

After doing an online insurance comparison on go compare, they call 2 or 3 time in quick succession until you answer. They are just following up your quotation, but if I do a comparison on line, it s because I don t want the hassle of talking to people like this on the phone. Ironically, they were the cheapest quote but it did put me off a little. I ve still got 2 days to decide and will probably go with them so they don t really need to be doing these "follow up" calls.
