Following a search on GoCompare your details are passed to these guys who call offering a better quote and ask you to hold the line while they transfer you to another company who has no idea who you are. I guess they get kick backs for getting you there.

I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. This numbers was trying ask me some personal questions in order to find out that if I am entitle to get a refund. I said what refund? Her said my job is to find out weather you are entitle or not. When I refused to answer it , he hung up straight away. Very rude and strange.
