PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. It should be made illegal to sell on debts, the companies that are stupid enough to lend to someone who has given them a false phone number should be made to bear the debt and any costs and responsibilities of recovery. I had a call from 01228919076 the male on the phone said he was from Dragon home insurance. He asked me who my home insurance is with. When I said that is my business he hung up...

This number is from a nuisance caller. Calls are usually silent, or hang up as soon as you answer. There have been many complaints about this number - one person had 35 calls in one day. When they do answer they fish for information about you without explaining what they need the info for. Don t give them the time of day - just hang up

Did not answer as number unknown. Tried to phone back but invalid number. Obviously this person/company up to no good.

We are called 3-4 times a day. Every time, I tell them to take us off their calling list (as you are advised to say!), but they just won t stop. They start before 9am and still call into late evening. Their treat is, "if you just answer our questions then we will stop ringing you" . . in other words, if you don t we will continue to annoy you.

Called my mobile and asked for me by name. Claimed to be from Nationwide Building Society and started trying to confirm my postcode. When I asked to be told why they were calling first they hung up. I suspect this to be a scam.
