Phone rang at approx 7.30pm Sat 25 Oct 2014. Answered and said "Hello". An Asian woman asked for me by name, but there was a lot of noise in the background so immediately made me think that this was wrong. If it was a reputable company (who should still be not allowed to make cold calls) it would be silent. I didn t confirm my name but asked who the company was. I was informed by a sythetic female voice that a large amount of money had been taken out of my bank account and that I should contact them by telephone if I had not performed this withdrawal myself.
