They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. SCAM / SPAM Called to say my Sky service renewal was out of date. When I told him I don't have cover, he tried to argue that I pay for it by direct debit. Once he realised he wasn't getting anywhere, he decided to hurl flurry of obscenities and abuse at me. I tried to keep him on the phone as long as I could to waste his time but eventually he hung up.

Nuisance call

every so often i get a call from this company trying to sell solar panels. I politely listen to what they have to say and book an appointment for when I know I won't be at home. They are so badly organised that they don't realise they have already contacted me and wasted their time. I always ask to be removed from their contact list but this never happens. To anyone who gets a call from this company I suggest you do what I do.
