i got a really rude phone call today buy this asian guy I said to stop calling he said f.ck you b.tch. Rang this number and it turns out to be back on track loans. Made a complaint and obviously nothing will be done. Im sure i am not the only one who has made complaints else there wouldnt be 50 comments below. Best thing to do is block their number. Hopefully one day they will get shut down.but if you really are angry apparently you can find their address so just walk in there haha

Called saying from o2 never asked for any of my personal details but sent me a one time pass code kept me on the line for quite some time offering me discount on my bill plus free upgrade. When call ended contacted o2 and was informed that the one time pass code is what they use to lock me out of the account and gives them the access to use my account

If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

SCAM - On answer a strident recorded message tells you that "A criminal tax fraud case has been lodged against you". I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. This number called our landline on a Saturday morning asking what make our computer was and which browser we used. He asked us to go to the computer to check something but we explained it wasn't next to our landline. The caller was extremely rude and told us we were wasting his time then hung up! I've seriously got better things to do on a Saturday morning than answer spam calls. I've no idea what he was trying to do to our computer or even who he was but please be careful if this number calls you.

The caller said they were from BT Openreach, and had information from my router that indicated my internet wasn't performing as well as it should be. I was asked a couple of questions about what devices I had connected to the router, and was then asked if I was in front of my personal device. When they then asked me to log onto my personal device, I decided that this may not be legitimate and hung up. The background noise was very loud, as if from a call centre.
