I got a message from this number claiming it comes from Orange but there is still something dodgy about it. The message informed me about free phone funds. I really have a feeling it is scam !
Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. Same call the next day!.
Call was silent but when I tried to call it gave a message saying this company does not do outbound calling so if you ve had a call it s probably being misused so report it to the information commissioners office ...so I just did"! They a e investigating it and I got sky to block the number from calling again!

We ve never opted in to accept these calls Strongly suspect phishing for info and not who their automated answer message presents to be Their opt out no.selection is possibly premium rate scam-as I never opted IN in first place!

My number is telephone preference system (TPS) and therefore this company - or any others like it - should not be calling - this was a 'fishing' call. Callers' name was 'Joe' - male, said he was 'an energy advisor'. End of call. Don't call again, Joe, you might get my husband next time and he is nowhere near as polite as I am.

When answered, it is an automated voice purporting to be BT, which states that our internet will be disconnected today and offering two return call options which I am fairly sure are cost traps. This is an automated call about boilers. TPS makes no difference. Tried pressing 9 to no avail. Getting calls almost daily. When I called the number immediately after their call to me there was a message saying the number was temporarily not working.
