A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. The annoying thing is that I m on the Telephone Preference List of people who should *NOT* be contacted by telemarketers. Unfortunately, it doesn t seem to have worked in this case. This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and has called us over and over to the point of harassment. He has been told that we wont put his call through to the person he wants to speak to as they don’t want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through, then sits mimicking me down the phone line and finally he leaves the line connected so nobody else can call us. The number even though a local number (0203 655 7035) has connections to India and the guy speaking has an Indian accent.

I was informed by a sythetic female voice that a large amount of money had been taken out of my bank account and that I should contact them by telephone if I had not performed this withdrawal myself. Obvious callback SCAM. This is the third of it's kind that I have received recently but the others came via mobile phone numbers.
SCAM Apparently my driver attempted to deliver my parcel this afternoon and nobody was in (I was probably out - of my mind and hiding behind the fridge). So, I can reschedule by clicking in to an https:// site. how wonderful of them to tell me!!!!!...... The number lookup on Who called me says it belongs to the Russian Federation, Comy - must be a hell of long way to go to deliver a parcel.

SCAM / phishing call about tax evasion and HMRC investigation. Pressed 1 and was taken to an operator who sounded American. They wanted me to confirm my name even though they should have it.
I keep getting calls from this number and when I asked for their details and the reason for the call they became abusive, Now I just let the answerphone kick in for any I/C call,next step OFCOM....

Have had a number of messages left by Dee, supposedly to do with HMRC. Returned call to see what it was about, the person i spoke to asked a lot of questions about HMRC and supplier debt, as well as our turnover. Obviously didn t give them any information! All sounded a bit suspicious!
