Female called saying she was calling about an accident I had reported. I said I hadn t reported an accident and asked where she got the information from. National Trust welcome phone call - followed by email sent from [email?protected], which is their legitimate email address (according to the website). Caller was able to confirm when I had joined and my email address. REALLY HELPFUL and polite gentleman on the call who provided useful site/location information suited to my needs.
