Has regularly called each day for some weeks but never leaves a voicemail. I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow. Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots

Vanquis bank hastling calls via local numbers to agrresivly and sneakily trying to call you when you may be close to paying .... NOTE this is a form of harrasment by this bank and not tollerated by judge if found to be of an itimidating nature

Annoying harassment

A very friendly guy called me saying he was from Greenpeace after I had signed a Greenpeace petition. He sounded very informative and believable and after a friendly chat he asked me to donate a small amount to Greenpaece. I said I would, and then he started asking me for my bank details so that he could set up a monthly direct debit for me to donate £10 per month. I said I woulld not give details over the phone but he still insisted that I could. I stopped at that point & put down the phone.

Caller to our TPS registered number wrongly claiming to be "your current energy supplier". Attempted to tell me I was wrong when I told him that they weren t our supplier, and demanded to know if I was "the manager", and then attempted a line of stammering bullshit when I asked him to prove his credentials by quoting me the account number and the name of the account holder. A complete, lying, shyster who got himself told to sod off, in fairly short order.

Scam call, allegedly from my (unnamed) Internet Service Provider. Apparently, my internet service is going to be suspended, due to "illegal activities".
