Rang to say they were from a community safety awareness leaflet, and that I had agreed last october to renew an advert with the publication. (Which I am 99.9% certain I did not do). He then said he would get his head office to call me back with a tape recording of my agreement. I am still waiting for said head office to call me.

So careful with all personal information yet a direct debit for ?2.99 to Total Care & Support was set up and showed on latest statement. My bank said the company was Intouch Investments and gave me the telephone number, that is how I have found this website. Bank refunding money, but I would like to know how this has been able to take place. Bank representative I spoke to said mine was just one of many complaints regarding this company in the past few weeks.

Said they were calling from Domestic and General - a company we do have an account with already. Said we were a valued customer and had qualified for a discount. Said we were already covered for our TV Satellite equipment etc. We knew this was incorrect. They said we were already paying £10 by DD. Not True. Didn t answer, but caller left an automated message about a car accident. Total scam and now blocked.

In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.
