Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - sometimes energy companies. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! I was contacted by these people and when I pointed out that my number was registered with the TPS I was told this it was not a sales call but an advisory call! I have made a written complaint pointing out that they are breaking the Claims Management Regulation rules and that I will be reporting them to the Regulator. I have also reported them to the ICO.

Call received from this number asking to speak to my partner saying its about the recent vehicle accident she was involved in. She had not been in an accident to date, imaging my astonishment and worry thinking she might have been .
Called this morning, saying they were from 'Microsoft Technical Department'. I took my phone and placed it right against my fire alarm, then switched to test. Ear shattering sound, straight down the telephone - hope they were happy! Recommend everyone does the same with these type of calls.

I've had calls and texts from this number for days, asking for someone named Robert. I've answered twice. The first time, they hung up after I said I wasn't Robert. The second time, I argued with the man on the phone, who told me I'd have to pay £75 for the calls and texts to stop. He also said I need to "keep thinking" if I carried on with attitude...steer clear.
