I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. It s Vanquis Credit Card. I live in St Helens so they think that because they use a St Helens Prefix I will pick it up. They ve been hounding me for weeks for ?70. They ve probably wasted more than that in man hours over that period trying to call me.

These guys are persistent and will call you endlessly, if you have caller display just ignore them, and call bar them if possible.
