They should know whose account the transactions were on Second warning sign - As far as I'm aware Visa don't contact people direct, your card issuer will contact you. So it would have been Lloyds, Halifax, barclaycard, etc

Company apparently called Quigley & Carter using various mobile numbers to send spam texts. Fraud. Pretending to be part of lloyds fraud team. Might tell you that your accoutn has been comprimised and they stopped £400 from argos. Then go on to say they need to regenerate account number and sort code and transfer money into it. Please do not listen.

A lady called Shazia called asking for one of the directors by name offering us ISO9000 consultancy, hung up after being told we outsourced.
They call at any time on their cell phones and then hang up without saying a word. Saluti dall'Italia.
This is another fake number being used by the criminals to say they are Talk Talk and whose purpose is to infect computers. It was a silent call - not a sound when I answered - but that is not unusual. I get such calls daily. Other reporting sites (not Tellows) confirmed what I knew already - that it was these people again. The number also appears to be that of an innocent flower shop - but I did not take the risk of calling to let them know. They would probably have been suspicious of me if I had -
