Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.

Fraudulent call centre(could hear this in the background) saying I had been victim of a fraud on my Amazon account which had had £1200 charged go the credit card linked to the account. Wanted me to push 1 or 2 etc to deal with the issue. I hung up but someone else may be duped by this type of con. Very angry that they can do this all the time.

I have just received the same message as the above and have had no accident. Very annoyed at these constant types of texts and calls.

Ex employee gave this number on a Blogg. Most people find it difficult to contact on normal 08.. number. Just another agent company trying to get government grant money for arranging insulation of you home. They don t even do the work.

British gas asking for mrs Julia etm that is my first name. Im mot with them and never would be. Be nice if people ringing could speak british and get it right. Block them and have a nice day!
