Claim to represent Aqua then tell you they have brought your debt from Aqua. Simply tell them to return your account to Aqua, then do not deal with them anymore.

Automated message telling me my number had been compromised at the border with Wales (I'm in Scotland!) and to 'press 1' so that don't take legal action against me and my national insurance number. Texts received from this number on my mobile- states that you are entitled to a large refund on PPI payments which is a load of total rubbish. Obviously a telemarketer working for a PPI reclaim company. Not to be trusted.
