SP replied to DM Scottish Power with their number and they would remove from dialar. S P s admission it s their number ! Will S P remove their number ? As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. They are extremely persistent about these" hackers" and "viruses" when most of them probably don t exist in the first place. As the other guy said, play around with them. It s fun!

Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. I get calls from this number every day on my mobile, sometimes twice or three times a day. I never give this number to anyone except close friends! They just called again even though I blocked their number. When I first answered weeks ago, they immediately ended the call. I m worried it s some kind of scam.

So let the call run. Pleasant polite lady. Asked if they could pass my details onto a tech investment firm, to send me more info. I felt extra info may be useful, so gave permission. However, contact info they had for me was a very old email address. She reassured me they would not pass my details to anyone else. (We’ll see).
