This number called several times, during last 2 weeks, on our fixed number in Belgium, but we weren't present. We looked up the number with the belgian nummer 1919. This morning we received another call, when I took the phone a male voice only says "hello" after I said "hallo". I heard a tape on the background. Trying to sell PPI. When told I was on TPS, they were clearly not interested. I was told that they were given a database and did not check it!
SPAM I did not answer but when I rang back got message on screen saying invalid number. They have rang me several times, but no messages left etc so I believe it is a spam call.

After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.
They rang me, they knew my name and surname and they were trying to explain how 'online trading' works. Hang up
