This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. That should get rid of them once and for all. Local Police also informed

The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. This number was on a scam letter supposedly from HSBC. It is an automated message asking for your 16 digit card no. Then states it is invalid and asks for sort code. Hung up.

Three phone calls from this number. Heavy accent hard to understand. Claims to be doing an important energy survey and that number will be removed from list afterwards. Refused to give company name when asked and repeated it was important survey and they needed my gas/electric details. Becomes rude and aggressive when you ask questions.

I missed their first call yesterday, but answered today and they said they were calling about an accident I ve been involved in recently (with an upward tone at the end - as though they were asking this as a question)... I just said "errr, no - I ve not been involved in an accident for a long while" and they hung up on me. Very untrustworthy - don t bother answering.

Called yesterday to try & sell insurance. Told them not interested and have had at least 4 further calls. Nuisance.

Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.

Looks like a scam. Recorded message said I d missed a call from my internet provider concerning illegal activity. I had not been on line for over 48 hours.

Rang today, asking for me by name and told me my address, calling themselves Farringdon something, said I was due a refund told them its a load of bo----s and hung up !!

My elderly mum constantly gets unwanted calls. I was fortunate to be at her house when this number called today. Many thanks.

Asked to speak to someone called Mrs Dawson told them that wasn?t me can they remove my number. Went in to try and sell me a pre payment meter said no thanks remove my number won?t be surprised if receive another call from a similar number in the future
