Calling is pointless...a recorded message asks for your number and a message then hangs up. Charges continue to rack up. I had to call my network to block 3rd party charging. Contact psaauthority.org.uk to complain so they can be dealt with.

Called seemingly to confirm delivery details and then discussed the extended warranty as though it was free and asked me to confirm bank details. I was uncomfortable doing so over the phone so he provided lots more info about me but I then said I d prefer to at least discuss with my partner before signing up: cue the hard sell! I maintained I will discuss it and can can call back only for him to get exasperated and put the phone down on me. Quite rude!
They've called me several times this week. I missed them all as I'm at work with my phone on silent. I've told them months and months ago to NOT phone me, which they promised. Then it all started back up again. Really angry about this.
