Some guy called "David" says he s phoning from the tax office with a rebate of ?3250, that the courier is waiting to deliver it to you once you confirm you can take delivery. SCAM. Logged as a scam call because I do not know anyone in the Scottish location that the caller is logged and they did not leave a message. Rings true of most scam calls which seem endless.

I am the first to comment but I notice I m the 176th person who has tried to find out of this is a dodgy scam/marketing call. I would say the chances are quite high that it is. Let your telephone do the work. If there is no voicemail left then there is no urgency to speak with them!

Recorded voice message of a well spoken elderly gentlemen saying the call was from National Crime Agency, my national insurance number is linked to multiple crimes and I should press 1 to speak to an officer immediately. Clearly a bogus call, I doubt the National Crime Agency would ring from a mobile number. No idea what they are up to but nothing legal I dare say.

Anonymous hang-up calls to my mobile. Trying to call the number back results in failed calls. Not sure how they got my mobile number, but calls are unwelcome and I don t respond to telephone spammers.
Called for days without speaking until today pretending to be from "Merchant Review". Asking to speak to "whoever is in charge of the merchant account" when told we don't have a credit card machine they hanged up. Very fishy.
