foreign speaking lady who said her name was Carol Johnson calling from a government refund department,stating I was going to receive ?2800 refund on a bank loan I took out in 2005. The department had been investigating claims which were turned down by the banks, but this dept, had found there was money owing to customers. I answered this one and it was a lawyer asking about a supposed accident i had in the last 5 years. Can't remember the name of the company

The caller new me by name asked me to answer 2 questions to win 5 pounds. Asked me if i used tv shopping channels.Then asked if I had bought anything in the last 6 months from qvc.Or he may have said bid tv,but thought it was qvc although research leads me to believe the same people regularly say its from bidtv. I think the caller can make money off people trying to call back? although i dont know. It could just be aggressive advertizing.

They are scammers. Told me I had completed a questionnaire last year. Knew I hadn t. If you want mobility aids go to a reputable company. For my mother I have found good recommendations on Age UK website

Seems dodgy because they pretend to be your supplier in order to get your meter readings but they do in fact work for just most if not all of the major energy suppliers and are totally legit

Money in control literally saved my life, I managed to get my self in a right state with my fianances, I was contacted out of the blue and at first I was schepitcal of a company helping me who I have never heard of before.
