They pretend to be be either of the following Lloyds, Barclays and Natwest then all refernce to the bank's name is dropped. The land line remains as 01132230180 It is a poor copy of Lloyds bank's automated answering system.
This is something... indian (chinese? doesn't matter) call centre offering personal loans, inviting you via sms or email to call them for your personal loan (you have never applied for). I received a call from 0800 029 4267 yesterday (17/10/17) on my mobile, very strange sounding automated voice, but as they usually all sound strange and I was only asked to confirm my name by pressing any key, I did that, then the call went dead.I called B
Phoned me giving my correct address and name (strong USA accent) saying he had fallen asleep in my bushes and lost his phone. Called again saying he had [email?protected] on my doorstep I assume he wants me to phone back and can only assume a premium rate number. Very very abusive DO NOT CALL THIS NO.
