Claiming I had a car accident and they can help with the claim, when challenged how they obtained my number (registered on TPS) they became very aggressive and abusive. Clearly they operating some sort of scam. Once you begin to challenge them they shut down they will hang up and place you on hold and refuse to give any credible information which would allow you to then report the issue appropriately to get them shutdown.

Number claims to be from NHS stating I have been in contact with someone who has Omicron Variant and I must order a free PCR testing kit and left a link to claim it. How would they know I have been in contact with someone with that variant? Expect it is a scam and if I clicked on the link who knows what the result might be. An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. He had control of my PC so I did not want to do this. Hung up on him as he was too persistent for comfort!!!
Rang 6 times even after my 85 year old mother in law told them she was not interested. Had to resort to some choice language. Luckily we were here
