THIS NUMBER IS NOT HALIFAX OR THE LLOYDS BANKING GROUP. I PHONED THEM TO CONFIRM. I DON T KNOW WHO IT IS OR WHAT THEY WANT. I WOULDN T PHONE THEM BACK JUST IN CASE. I keep receiving calls from this number despite blocking it - they sometimes phone up to five times a day! They always ask for Andrew, the idiot who must have mistyped his mobile number when downloading a report or who knows what from this "financial" crowd. I ve asked them politely to remove my number from their database ... to no avail. I ve said I m going to report them to the police if they keep calling me, which usually makes them put down the phone if I don t beat them to it!

After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.
