She answered I m not saying that and immediately hung up on me!

A woman claimed to be calling from a company called MCA. She wished to talk to me about damage which occured to my car back in 2013, and the phone calls that I had subsequently been receiving. I advised her that a) my car wasn t damaged in 2013, and b) I hadn t had phone calls about the damage to my car - which hadn t occured! I was called by this number this morning. They told me they were calling regarding my licence from MICROSOFT being lapsed. They told me they would be able to renew my licence and could show me how to remove hackers from my laptop. I allowed these people access to my laptop thinking I was removing the hackers and viruses from the laptop. They gained access to my files and I have had money removed from my bank account (now closed).
