I ve received about 8 calls from this number in the last week. When I answer, I can hear what sounds like Call Centre noise, but no person talking to me. After a few seconds they hang up. Not worried or frightened, just a bit miffed that they won t have a conversation with me. We re not really allowed to speak with other adults on my high security wing and by constantly calling me, there s a risk that my handset will be discovered. Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. Internet claiming to be from BT open reach telling me I have an issue with my internet. Had a very strong accent, so I apologised and said I couldnt understand her very well so I would call BT immediately to find out what the issue was. She didnt have any response to this, will note as annoying as no idea if it would have been a dangerous scam had I not hung up, but as she was telling me to check my router then come back & they would 'fix it' I would assume this is where it was heading!!!

2 phone calls within 2 minutes of each other, from number 07921057599. It was a recorded message apparently from Amazon Prime... They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! LOL I have had dozens of these phone calls during Covid Lockdown, the parasites don't give up do they?
Worst of the worst. Very ABUSIVE! Told me I had claimed PPI and I will co-operate . I tried putting him straight (a man with a strong Welsh accent) said: you should go see your GP as I think you ve got alzeheimer s or something . Surely this is bordering on the criminal?!

Fraud, automated voice claimed that i would be investigated for suspicious activity with my bank accounts. When I answered it promoted me to press 1, i did so but when answered it was just a bunch of people talking in the background in a foreign language.
