Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! Called from this number. Recorded message started "Her Majesties Revenue and Customs" I cut them off at that. Obviously a scam.

This number has tried to call me on 4 occasions in the last couple of days. It leaves a voicemail message of just under two minutes of complete silence.

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

After asking politely around 5 times for them to remove me from there database I finally blocked the call from my mobile but now my phone still keeps beeping telling me that its just blocked the call so they will not stop, sometimes over 10 times per day, trading standards have been informed and if I am able to find out the companies details I will take them to court as I can prove via my call record harassment! So I personally hope they keep calling as it only adds weight to a lawsuit!!!!!!!!

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. This number has called my mobile several times this week (office hours)but no messages have been left. I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly.
