I was contacted by these people and when I pointed out that my number was registered with the TPS I was told this it was not a sales call but an advisory call! I have made a written complaint pointing out that they are breaking the Claims Management Regulation rules and that I will be reporting them to the Regulator. I have also reported them to the ICO.

He obviously realised I wasn t telling him the truth and he started pretending to cry that I wasn t a family member! Then just hung up. This sort of thing wouldn t normally bother me but the call started identically to a worrying scam that happened earlier today. I have barred the call on my handset and would suggest you do not answer
