Worst of the worst. Very ABUSIVE! Told me I had claimed PPI and I will co-operate . I tried putting him straight (a man with a strong Welsh accent) said: you should go see your GP as I think you ve got alzeheimer s or something . Surely this is bordering on the criminal?!
Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!

Rings constantly pretending to be talk talk. As an X talk talk customer I have challenged them on this and the caller will just go quiet and hang up.
