SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. When I refused, he assured me it was ok and asked me to type other commands. Through this site I lost control of the mouse and he downloaded files from my PC. At the end of the download the

I called the number back today and it just went through to call waiting music as if on hold so I hung up immediatly. This number called several times, during last 2 weeks, on our fixed number in Belgium, but we weren't present. We looked up the number with the belgian nummer 1919. This morning we received another call, when I took the phone a male voice only says "hello" after I said "hallo". I heard a tape on the background.
